Common questions

Questions from SA business owners

More questions? Contact our local team →

Is Vision X built for South African VAT requirements?
Yes. Vision X supports VAT-aware quotes, invoices, credit notes, customer records, and sales reporting. Production VAT201 submission packs and direct SARS e-Filing are roadmap items, not current launch features.
Can I migrate from Pastel, Sage, or Xero?
We can help scope migration from existing accounting systems and import the data the current web app supports. Complex migration services are handled case by case during onboarding.
Does it handle South African payroll (PAYE, UIF, SDL)?
No. Payroll, EMP201, EMP501, and IRP5 workflows are not part of the current web app. They remain roadmap items.
Which South African banks are supported?
Direct bank feeds and automatic reconciliation are not live yet. They are planned roadmap features.
Is there local South African support?
Yes. Our support team is based in South Africa. We offer email, chat, and phone support during SA business hours, with response times of under 4 hours on Professional plans.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Our onboarding team will contact you within one business day to help you get started.
